ICSE Class 10 Results 2024: Pass Percentage Over The Years

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) is set to release the ICSE (Class 10) test results soon. It will be declared today, May 6, 2024 at 11 am. Approximately, 1,40,000 students appeared for the ICSE Class 10 examinations. When the results are announced, students can view them on the official website at results.cisce.org. This year, the ICSE Class 10 exams were held from February 21 to March 28.

In 2023, the Class 10 board exam results were declared on May 13. A total of 2,37,631 students appeared for the ICSE Class 10 exam, and the pass rate was 98.94 per cent. The pass rate for girls and boys was 98.71 per cent and 99.21 per cent, respectively.

In 2022, the Class 10 examinations witnessed an outstanding overall pass percentage of 99.97 per cent. Approximately 2,30,000 students appeared for the exams, showcasing a remarkable achievement in academic performance. The pass rates for both girls and boys were exceptionally high, with girls achieving a pass rate of 99.98 per cent and boys closely following at 99.97 per cent.

In 2021, around 2,07,000 students appeared for the ICSE Class 10 board exams. girls and boys performed equally well with 99.98 per cent.

In 2020, there were about 2,13,036 candidates who sat for the ICSE Class 10 exams. During the pandemic, the overall pass percentage was 99.33 per cent.

Back in 2019, the overall pass percentage was 98.54 per cent. About 1,96,271 candidates had appeared in the Class 10 exams. Girls performed better than boys by securing 99.05 per cent while boys achieved 98.12 per cent.

ICSE Class 10 Results 2024: Steps To Download

Step 1: Go to CISCE’s official website at cisce.org.

Step 2: On the homepage, search for and click on the ‘Result’ section.

Step 3: Then click on the course code which is ‘ICSE’.

Step 4: As a new page opens, enter your identification number, date of birth, and other details. Then click on ‘submit’.

Step 5: The ICSE Class 10 results 2024 will appear on the screen.

If students are disappointed with their ICSE 10th result 2024, they can request that their answer booklets be rechecked. The application process for ICSE 10th result revaluation will take place online. Candidates must pay Rs 1,500 for each subject/paper to have their answer scripts reevaluated.
