The house is well-organised and has a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, despite the limited space.

It is often said that good things come in small packages. An US woman named Elisabeth put it to the test with downright success. She has carved a completely habitable house for herself using recycled materials and a chassis from an old Mercedes van. A video documenting her tiny house, which is highly deceptive from the outside has been shared by the Instagram handle, Alternative House. The caption says that Elisabeth took a year to build the house on wheels. From the outside, the house looks so small that you would not think that it can accommodate a lot of stuff inside. But once the woman takes you on a tour inside the house, and leaves you surprised at the scale of aesthetics and inclusiveness inside. Despite the limited space, the area has been efficiently organised to include a functional kitchen, bedroom, and toilet-bathroom. The cleanliness and tidiness of everything are impressive. There is a stairway that leads to an upper floor that only has a bed which is wide enough for two.

At the end of the video, we see Elisabeth pick up a guitar from a corner of the house and strumming gently. It looks like a complete peaceful haven, away from the hustle and bustle of the city as the house seems to be in the middle of a wilderness. Users in the comments section have expressed their astonishment at how a house that looks so small from the outside can hold so much space inside. Most have said that they envy the woman for living life the bohemian way, some have expressed concern about the strength of the house. One user asked whether the house would be able to survive harsh weather conditions or heavy rainfall. Another user asked if the house would be able to keep off stray insects and pests.

What's your reaction?
